My daughter went here the last two summers for girl scout camp and loved it. She loved the camp counselors. Great food! The cabins were in good, clean shape.
Girl Scout camp..Lackawanna cabin ok. Tents run down. Woke up to mouse nest in my mattress..dining hall nice. Outhouses basic but meets needs.
i have been coming to laughing waters for 3 years now. the staff is so caring and the camp has so much to offer- theres the pool, rock wall, arts and crafts, a horse barn, campfire cooking, and so much more. there's a program and something for everyone. clw means a lot to me and i would definitely recommend it to anyone starting camp for the first time or wanting to go to a new camp.
Camp Laughing waters is great. Very scenic and quiet without being too far away from central bucks, where I live, or Philadelphia. My old Scout troop would rent out a cabin there in the winter for Klondike Derby training. It's a great campground all around!
My non-girl scout Daughter loved this camp. ( they let you enroll as an individual). The organization and professionalism was outstanding from drop off to pick up. The staff was firm but caring and fun. Am already looking to enroll next year.
